Abstract

Characteristics of the cephalic structures, spiracles and skin of final-instar larvae of two hymenopterous parasites, <i>Helconidea occidentalis/<i> (Cress.) and <i>Rhimphoctona atrocoxalis</i> Ashm.), whose cocoons were found in galleries of the wood-boring beetle, <i>Tetropium velutinum</i> LeConte, are described and illustrated.
